With Hispanics making up nearly 20% of the U.S. population, marketing to a Hispanic audience needs to be a vital consideration for many brands. However, it often remains an untapped market, with many advertisers missing viable opportunities to engage with the Hispanic population. Hispanic TV, on the other hand, is rich with solid advertising. Media leaders, streaming services, and social media platforms are developing their brands and marketing campaigns to win a large share of the Hispanic audience. Much of this is accomplished on Hispanic TV. And so, Adweek would undoubtedly be amiss if it didn't dedicate a column to the news and stories surrounding one of the most influential of the many multicultural groups within the United States. Industry professionals can learn a lot from the information contained within these stories when crafting their own marketing and advertising campaigns designed to reach this diverse culture.
