Disney teamed up with brand strategy team Twitter Next on #MissionLightyear, a campaign backing Disney and Pixar feature film Lightyear, which hits theaters Friday (June 17), and incorporating tweets from fans, filmmakers and talent.
Sent Into Space—which says on its website, “We use photographs and footage of the blackness of space, the thin blue line of the atmosphere and the curvature of the Earth to awe and inspire your audience, shining the spotlight on your brand”—will feature the video of the mission flight Friday from @PixarsLightyear, as well as tweets from fans in Brazil, France, the Philippines, Spain, Thailand, the U.K.,
