The top 10 companies on the list were:

  1. Amazon
  2. Alphabet
  3. Wells Fargo
  4. JPMorgan Chase
  5. Walmart
  6. IBM
  7. AT&T
  8. Bank of America

Facebook parent Meta came in at No. 12.

LinkedIn also shared some trends from the 2022 LinkedIn Top Companies List for the U.S.:

  • Flexible work is no longer just a “nice to have,” as most companies on the list offer some form of “work from anywhere,” and more than 70,000 remote jobs are now open across the top 50 companies.
  • Stability in an unstable world is important, as many of the companies on the list offer upskilling opportunities such as job shadowing, mentorship; programs, paid time off for professional development and tuition assistance.
  • Nearly all of the companies on the list now provide services that address mental health and wellbeing.
  • Most of the top 50 do not require college degrees, instead looking for soft skills that can translate across departments and roles.
