The social network teamed up with Apartment List and Zumper to add “hundreds of thousands” of available housing rental units on Marketplace.
Facebook said in an email to Social Pro Daily that search volume in its Marketplace tab has tripled since the beginning of the year.
The initial phase of the rollout of housing rental unit listings on Marketplace includes:
- Custom filters for criteria such as location, price, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, rental type, square footage and whether the unit is dog-friendly and/or cat-friendly.
