Facebook Kicks Off Season of Giving With New Drives Feature in US

Facebook kicked off its Season of Giving Monday with several initiatives across Facebook, Instagram and Messenger From Facebook.

On #GivingTuesday Dec. 1, Facebook will match up to $7 million in eligible donations made to nonprofits in the U.S. via the platform’s various tools, including fundraisers and donation stickers.

The social network will also begin testing a way for people to create and share nonprofit fundraisers directly within their feeds.
