Meta is marking Ramadan by rekindling its #MonthOfGood initiative for April, sharing the stories of Muslim communities making positive impact, providing Muslim creators with an entry point into immersive technology and offering ways for people to express themselves across its family of applications.

Curated content and programming that will run across surfaces on Meta’s platforms in April includes the Ramadan Talks Series, which brings creators from the Asia-Pacific region, Europe and the Middle East to Facebook Live and Instagram to discuss topics such as building brands with their communities, creating Reels, Earth Day and food.

Muslim Mamas From the UK—a community of more than 250,000 Muslim women who use Facebook to provide safe spaces to connect, feel empowered and give back—will use the social network’s Fundraisers feature throughout April to raise money for vulnerable women, and its story will be shared on the Meta Facebook page.
