Stressed out by the existential dread of global warming? You’re not alone. More than half of Americans say they’re concerned about climate change’s impact on their mental health, according to a recent American Psychiatric Association poll.

With that research in mind, plant-based beverage Silk is offering free counseling sessions to help people “turn anxiety into action,” the brand said.

The offer, pegged to Earth Day, also means to solidify Silk’s environmentally friendly bona fides on the heels of its new ad campaign under the tagline, “Milk of the Land.”
