Walgreens Advertising Group Expands Into Advanced TV

Brands can now use the pharmacy chain’s first-party data in their television buys

Walgreens Advertising Group (WAG), the retail media network of pharmacy chain Walgreens that launched in December 2020, is expanding into over-the-top (OTT) media services, connected TV (CTV) and linear TV.

This means brands working with WAG will now be able to use Walgreens’ first-party data from 100 million member profiles for both TV and digital campaigns.
