Home goods purveyor Bed Bath & Beyond is continuing its rollout of private label brands with the third and latest: Simply Essential, a line of (you guessed it) essential items for the home.

Private label, or as the retailer prefers to call them, “owned” brands, are central to CEO Mark Tritton’s turnaround of the legacy brick-and-mortar chain, employing a strategy he used at Target as its chief merchandising officer.
