Facebook has begun rolling out support for Apple Live Photos to some users of its iOS application.

TechCrunch reported that some Facebook users began receiving the new feature Monday, with many to be added after the new year.

According to TechCrunch, updating a Live Photo to Facebook involves the same process as updating a traditional photo, with one extra step: A “Live” box will appear in the bottom-right part of Live Photos, and clicking on that box will upload the images in that format.

TechCrunch added that Live Photos can currently be created only via the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S, but they can be viewed on any Apple devices running iOS 9.
