The 6,000-seat performance venue in Hollywood Park—the nearly 300-acre sports and entertainment destination in Inglewood, Calif., being developed by Stan Kroenke, owner and chairman of the National Football League’s Los Angeles Rams—will be known as YouTube Theater following a multiyear agreement between the mixed-use development and the Google-owned video site.
YouTube Theater is a 227,000-square-foot, three-story indoor venue, with a 6,100-square-foot stage, which the furthest seat in the house is just 164 feet away from.
It features six luxury boxes, a 1,200 square-foot premium back-of-house hospitality space with adjacent dressing rooms and a 3,500 square-foot private club with 140 premium seats.
The partnership marks the first of its kind for YouTube, and the venue will host a variety of live entertainment, including award shows, comedy, community events, concerts, conferences, esports competitions and YouTube creator events.
