Survey: About 95 Percent of Latina Bloggers Are Also Moms
The 2010 Latina Bloguera Survey results are in, and they show that 86 percent of Latina bloggers are mothers. The survey was conducted online by Latinos in Social Media (LATISM); the organization polled 939 Latinas ages 18 and over.
The research found that about 95 percent of Latina bloggers are moms, with 85.6 percent of respondents saying they have two to four kids. Not a surprise then that the top blog topic is parenting, with Latina issues and heritage/culture following behind. The average age cited is 31 years old and 46.5 percent of those who answered the optional question about household income replied in the $80,000 to $89,999 range. Click here for full results.
