Thiel sold 37,242 shares at $74.8172 per share, leaving him with no shares in the company.
Lembas sold 29,654 class-A Facebook shares at $74.828 apiece, leaving it with zero.
PT Ventures sold 293,096 shares at $74.8204 each, and it no longer holds any Facebook shares.
And Thiel Capital sold 20,568 at $74.8318
