Marc Andreessen Trusts Receive Facebook Shares
Facebook director Marc Andreessen reported in a Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday that two funds that he is the trustee of received shares of Facebook class-A common stock from The Founders Fund II Entrepreneurs Fund.
Facebook director Marc Andreessen reported in a Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday that two funds that he is the trustee of received shares of Facebook class-A common stock from The Founders Fund II Entrepreneurs Fund.
The Andreessen 1996 Living Trust received 1,665 shares, and it now holds 1,625,124 shares of class-A common stock in Facebook.
And the Andreessen 1996 Charitable Remainder Unitrust received 681 shares, giving it a total of 34,765.
