Lady Gaga, Kim Kardashian, Alicia Keys, Justin Timberlake, Usher, Jennifer Hudson and Ryan Seacrest are silencing their Facebook and Twitter profiles this Wednesday until the charity, Keep a Child Alive, raises $1 million.
What do Lady Gaga, Kim Kardashian, Alicia Keys, Justin Timberlake, Usher, Jennifer Hudson and Ryan Seacrest have in common?
They’re all silencing their profiles on social networks as part of a fundraiser for the Keep a Child Alive charity.
This will happen on Wednesday, World AIDS day, with a campaign named “Digital Life Sacrifice.”
Once the $1 million fundraising mark is reached, the stars will resume their posts on Facebook and Twitter.
The abundant media coverage thus far makes it sound like the stars write all of their own posts on social media.
