Former SEC Commissioner Joins Sphere

Former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission chairman Paul Atkins has joined public affairs firm Sphere as senior partner. Atkins was SEC commissioner from 2002 through 2008, representing the SEC at various meetings including the World Economic Forum and Transatlantic Business Dialogue. Atkins is also a member of the bar in New York and Florida. At Sphere, he will manage and advise corporate clients on regulatory issues, strategic planning, and message development.
