Facebook is rolling out birthday Stories worldwide Thursday, enabling people to add photos, videos and digital birthday cards to their well wishes, which are then added to the subject’s birthday Story.
Product manager Jehan Damji said in a Newsroom post that 500 million people are using Stories on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp every day.
To create a birthday Story, tap on the birthday notification from Facebook and then either shoot or upload a photo or video or use one of the social network’s birthday cards.
