Did Threatening Tweet Spur Fatal Shooting?

Tweets exchanged between two Harlem men are being used as evidence in a murder investigation, the New York Daily News reported.

According to the Daily News, threatening tweets were sent between victim Kwame Dancy, 22, and alleged killer Jameg Blake, also 22, before Dancy was gunned down Dec. 1.

A tweet sent by Dancy to Blake hours before the shooting read, “Niggas is lookin for u don’t think I won’t give up ya address for a price betta chill asap!,” the Daily News reported.

The two men were friends since childhood, but bad blood marred their relationship recently, including a fight over a girl last summer, according to the Daily News.
