CNBC.com Reveals Winners and Losers of 2009, Predictions 2010

CNBC.com is wrapping up 2009 and looking forward to 2010 with the results of its Winners and Losers of 2009 poll and special report Predictions 2010.

More than 100,000 people cast their votes in the poll, with Ford Motor CEO Alan Mulally and Apple CEO Steve Jobs finishing at the top after receiving votes from 89% of the respondents, followed by JPMorgan Chase chairman and CEO Jamie Dimon at 71%. The biggest losers: Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.),
