Pinterest is marking World Mental Health Day Oct. 10 with a first-of-its-kind partnership with Headspace to aid creators on its platform.

Thousands of eligible creators across 20 countries will receive free six-month subscriptions to Headspace so that they can access its tools for goals such as improving sleep, increasing positivity and managing stress.

The aim is to support creators in staying balanced and integrating wellbeing practices into their everyday lives with the help of content from Headspace including breathing and wind-down exercises; eyes-open exercises, such as mindful walks and runs; focus music; guided meditations; and sleep content.

Pinterest chief content officer Malik Ducard said in a statement, “It’s no secret that on the internet, creators often experience burnout and the exhaustion of creation instead of the excitement that comes with it.
