Wimbledon Men's Final Boosts Tennis.com

Sunday’s Wimbledon Championships men’s final, in which Roger Federer outlasted Andy Roddick in a five-set marathon, was an ace for Tennis.com, as it drew 104,022 unique users who ran up 994,250 page views. In comparison, the 2008 Wimbledon men’s final posted 83,234 uniques to 643,171 pages.

Not surprisingly, Tennis.com said traffic spiked during the fifth and final set.

For the entire two weeks of the tournament, the site reported more than 1 million uniques and 11 million page views, up 25% and 34%, respectively, versus 2008.
