Widgets To Quickly Change Android Settings
Android, like most smartphone operating systems, has many different settings, some, like turning Wi-Fi on and off, you may frequently change, while others you might change once or twice. Ever since version 1.5 Android has included the power control widget that provides the ability to easily turn on and off many of the setting that affect power.

There are, however, many other settings like volume control and the screen timeout that you might frequently change but Android does not provide a way to easily change them as you can with the power control widget.
