Twitter Raises $5.17M
Twitter raised $5.17 million in new common stock and Series E preferred stock, bringing its total amount raised to more than $160 million, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, as reported by peHUB.
The microblogging service previously raised $98.2 million in Series E funding from Insight Venture Partners, Benchmark Capital, Institutional Venture Partners, Morgan Stanley, Spark Capital and T Rowe Price, according to peHUB.
