Facebook turned to the team behind Refdash, a platform that enables people to practice interviewing for coding positions, to help enhance its own jobs offering.
Refdash announced in a blog post that its team would be joining the social network, adding that its existing products and services would continue to operate independently, but its live interviewing services would be suspended.
Its services enabled people who were interested in coding jobs to anonymously practice interviews with engineers from companies such as Facebook and Google and receive feedback on those interviews, and the company also anonymously shared candidates’ interview performances with potential employers.
Refdash said in its blog post, “Over the past several months, we’ve been exploring ways to expand our reach beyond engineering jobs.
