Step 1: Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner of the screen.
Step 2: Tap “Settings.”
Step 3: Under “View Options,” tap “Autoplay.”
Step 4: Tap “Never” to turn autoplay off entirely, or tap “On Wi-Fi” to stop the app from automatically playing content unless you’re connected to Wi-Fi.
