Facebook application developers now have the option of restricting access to their open graph stories by age, country, or content type.

Facebook application developers now have the option of restricting access to their open graph stories by age, country, or content type.

The social network announced in a post on its developer blog that settings can be applied to all content from an app, or on a per-object basis, offering the following illustration:

For example, a video app can restrict stories from movies rated PG-13 to viewers age 13+, and restrict movies rated NC-17 to viewers age 17+.
