Nook Firmware Update Doesn't Change Much
The first reports of an automated firmware update for the Nook, to version 1.1.0 came last night (from Teleread) and early today (from Liz Daly). The general report is that the buggy firmware is not much improved, but there are a few fixes, including slightly faster page turns, but still no way to jump to a specific location in a book.
Most folks are reported many of the same problems and maybe some new ones. Daly reports her documents changed folders during the upgrade.
