Nokia Opens UK Music Store

Nokia just launched its UK Music Store, following through on their original announcement and mobile advertising deal.

MocoNews reports that the store will sell individual tracks for 80p (US$1.66), albums for 8 pounds (US$16.64) and a monthly PC streaming subscription for 8 pounds. Nokia accepts several payment methods, including credit card and prepaid cards, and customers can sideload the songs to the handsets–“which is good because Nokia is still in negotiations with carriers over this move,” the report said.
