Based on information from LinkedIn and other sources, Gameloft and GREE showed the most activity, but the week’s highest profile hire belonged to Big Fish Games, which brought on Rovio’s former senior vice president of global brand advertising Wibe Wagemans to lead its mobile efforts as its new vice president and general manger of mobile. Gameloft Florencia Aldana Rodriguez, QA Tester - Several hires this week at Gameloft. Rodriguez was previously an auditora de radio at Global News. Alex Nguyen, Junior 3D Artist - Nguyen starts his career at Gameloft after graduating from Southern Methodist University Carlos Flores Vidaurre, Billing Solutions Manager, Global - Vidaurre notches up a promotion from his previous job as B2C manager EMEA at Gameloft. Daryl Nelson, Software Engineer, Mobile Integration & Support - Next up is Nelson, who was a software engineer: master data management at Liaison Technologies. Paul Duan, Sr. Associate, Business Operations - Duan moves from RBC Capital Markets, where he was an investment banking analyst. Rosa Villegas, Sr. Product Manager - Finally, Villegas was previously a lead product manager at RockYou. InMobi Girish Yadav, SDET - Two hires this week for InMobi. Yadav was a software engineer at IBM’s India Software Lab. Ashfaq Dawood, Intern - Next is Dawood, who starts his career at InMobi. Kontagent Alex Lee, Director of Mobile Sales & Business Development, North America - Kontagent makes our list with a promotion this week. The company promoted Lee from his previous position in mobile enterprise sales & business development. Millennial Media Dan Droddy, Account Associate - Droddy was previously a national media advertising consultant at The Baltimore Sun. Natural Motion Luke May, Quality Assurance Tester - UK-based Natural Motion hires May from TT Games, where he was also a quality assurance tester. PlayPhone Sandra Arbaugh, Social Media Marketer - PlayPhone bolsters its marketing department this week with the hire of Arbaugh, who was previously a sales assistant at First Investors Corporation. Rovio Adeshina Raymond Ottun, Junior Web Developer - Rovio returns to our list with three hires this week. Ottun was previously a software developer at Ekahau. Kalevi Sylvänne, Customer Support Specialist - Sylvänne was a salesperson at Carlson Oy Tekniset. Kalle Törmä, Licensing Trainee - Last is Törmä, who was a was cold-storage picker at Finnfrost Oy. Tapjoy Chris Bennett, EMEA Sales Director - The second highest profile hire of the week belongs to Tapjoy. The company brings on commercial media expert Bennett to lead its ad sales in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Bennet was most recently the director of media and business development at Blyk.
