Where do you turn when you want to stream movies online? If you answered Netflix then you answered on par with three-fifths of the population. Netflix has basically put their online movie streaming competition in a chokehold. 61% of all movies being streamed online are being streamed or downloaded from Netflix, says market research company NPD’s VideoWatch.
Peter Kafka reported on NPD’s findings earlier today on All Things Digital. Kafka says that these stats shouldn’t be surprising.
