Nathan Lump Leaves Travel + Leisure as Editor in Chief

He's been at the helm for four years

Nathan Lump announced to staff today that he’s stepping down after four years as editor in chief of Travel + Leisure.

“I really thought I accomplished what I came in to do,” Lump said. “I like challenging myself professionally … It felt like the right time to make the change.”

In 2014, Lump was tasked with modernizing the magazine (now 47 years old) and expanding its digital presence. Under Lump’s direction, travelandleisure.com has grown to almost 10 million monthly unique views.
