Is Facebook Worth $14B?
Offers to purchase common stock in Facebook on SecondMarket climbed from $25 per share last month to $32 currently, valuing the social-networking site at some $14 billion versus $11 billion in December, TechCrunch reported.
According to TechCrunch, 20,000 Facebook common shares are available at $40 apiece, and one potential buyer offered $32, but no actual transaction has occurred.
