EA Announces Minions Paradise for Mobile

The game will see players helping the Minions survive on a tropical island.

Minions Paradise

EA, Illumination Entertainment and Universal Partnerships & Licensing have announced a partnership to create multiple mobile games surrounding the Minions from Despicable Me, and other characters from upcoming Illumination films. The first game from this collaboration, Minions Paradise, will allow players to create a tropical oasis for their digital Minions, as well as control a never-before-seen Minion named Phil.

In Minions Paradise, players will create a new home for the Minions, after they’re shipwrecked on a tropical island. Players will build, craft and design their new world from the ground up, and yes, there will be plenty of bananas. From early screenshots, it appears gamers can expect to build volleyball courts, hot tubs, hammocks, and other tropical items. Other activities will see Minions water skiing behind alligators, fishing for electric eels and more.
