CNBC Real-Time App Now Available for Android
The CNBC Real-Time App is now available via the Android Marketplace, giving users of that smart-phone operating system access to real-time stock quotes and customizable stock watch lists containing up to 30 equities apiece, from the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.
The free app comes pre-loaded with key stocks and market-indices lists, such as the DOW 30 and U.S. Indices, and it includes a scrolling top-news ticker that connects users to CNBC Mobile Web.
CNBC vice president of digital technology and products Scott Drake said:
