CNBC Adds Jon Fortt as Tech Correspondent
Former Fortune magazine senior writer Jon Fortt joined CNBC as a technology correspondent, where he will cover companies, startups and trends for the cable network and CNBC.com, working out of its Silicon Valley bureau.
Fortt — who covered tech giants such as Cisco Systems, Hewlett-Packard, and Microsoft at Fortune — will appear on CNBC’s Business Day programming, as well as contributing to the Web site.
