Want To Change Your Facebook Page Name? You May Soon Be Able To

Facebook is currently testing a new Page administration area which among other things, includes the ability to change a Facebook Page’s name. This is something that a large number of administrators have been asking for, and now Facebook may finally allow it.

The feature which was first pointed out by Inside Facebook, is accessible to a small subset of Page administrators who can edit the name under the “Basic Information” tab. Previously, Facebook was hesitant to provide this feature, most likely because they wanted to avoid having organizations build large generic pages and then switching the page topic at the last minute.
