CNN.com will mark back-to-school season with the Aug. 16 return of CNN Student News, which airs on HLN Monday-Friday at 4 a.m. ET and is available online, as well as in podcast form on CNN.com and iTunes.
CNN Student News is a 10-minute newscast anchored by Carl Azuz and providing educators, parents, and students with a summary of the top news of the day. Upcoming special segments will focus on midterm elections, anti-bullying, and Hispanic Heritage Month, and teacher materials are also available.
