Advocate Marketing Firm Influitive Raises $30.5 Million in Series B Funding

Toronto-based advocate marketing company Influitive announced Thursday that it has closed a $30.5 million round of Series B funding led by Georgian Partners.

influitive640Toronto-based advocate marketing company Influitive announced Thursday that it has closed a $30.5 million round of Series B funding led by Georgian Partners.

Other investors include OurCrowd, Atlas Venture, Docomo Capital, BDC Capital IT Venture Fund, and previous investors Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Illuminate Ventures, Resolute Ventures, Relay Ventures, CommonAngels Ventures and First Round Capital.

Influitive plans to use the funding to continue to expand the advocate marketing category and its platform, AdvocateHub, whole growing through new offerings and global expansion. Simon Chong of Georgian Partners will join Influitive’s Board of Directors.
