There is a free version that is ad supported, but without the ability to assign team roles, tie into Microsoft Outlook or go mobile - we're not sure if it's really worth it. The premium membership, which costs $10 per month per user, features the benefits mentioned above and permits you to take a 30-day test drive. The site currently does NOT offer any refunds, so please understand the terms before you subscribe. "There are 500 million users of Microsoft Outlook, yet this customer base has been ignored by many online project management services. We integrate tightly with Office, recognizing that people don't want to change how they work - they just want to work better," says Ed Robinson, Chief Executive Officer of ActionThis. With over 500 million users of Microsoft Outlook, the New Zealand startup is looking to fill a void. The site also boasts a built-in work flow system and the ability for team members to communicate with one another - either privately or publicly.
