Warehouse retailer Sam’s Club is making its Super Bowl debut in 2022 with a 30-second spot featuring actor Kevin Hart.
The ad will focus on what the retailer calls its “VIP-worthy” experience, which includes the Scan and Go feature it launched in 2019. Scan and Go allows members to scan products and skip the checkout line when shopping in-store.
Per a release, the spot will show Hart “shopping under the assumption that he’s receiving a VIP experience because of his celebrity status.”
