Gymshark, a British fitness and apparel brand with a robust social media presence, plants a bold flag on International Women’s Day with a new campaign called “We, The Changemakers.”

The work, which intends to elevate the voices of female athletes, highlights the brand’s belief that women belong in every aspect of the fitness industry, from designing workout apps to competing in contact sports.

The month-long campaign centers on advocates who are working to break down biases and combat stereotypes by “using their glass ceilings as dance floors,” according to the brand.
