It’s a reasonable bet that an NFL legend whose career earnings have been estimated at $55.5 million is a guy who doesn’t need to work anymore. Nonetheless, hall-of-fame quarterback Troy Aikman did find another gig: Since his 2001 retirement, he’s been a very popular on-air analyst for Fox Sports.

Now comes news that Aikman is kicking off his third career. Better still, he’s returning to his roots.

No, not football. Beer.

Today, Aikman will debut his own brand of suds—called Eight, the number he wore during the 12 seasons he played for the Dallas Cowboys, leading them to three Super Bowl victories in the process.
