B-to-b agency The Marketing Practice (TMP) has acquired Omobono as it begins a plan that will see it integrate specialist b-to-b marketing businesses to operate internationally.

The acquisition, supported by Horizon Capital, will see The Marketing Practice grow to employ 250 people with locations across the U.S., Germany, the U.K. and Australia.

Omobono will adopt the name of its new owner, with the two set to operate as a single organization over time.

TMP, founded in 2002, has offices in Oxford, Munich, Sydney, Seattle and London and currently works with clients such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Lenovo, SAP and Thomson Reuters.
