Adidas is officially ending its relationship with Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) following a weekend of intense pressure to drop the artist following a string of recent antisemitic remarks.

“Adidas does not tolerate antisemitism and any other sort of hate speech,” the German sportswear company said in a statement on Oct. 25.

“Ye’s recent comments and actions have been unacceptable, hateful and dangerous, and they violate the company’s values of diversity and inclusion, mutual respect and fairness,” the statement continued.
