Women’s Health will mark the anniversary of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act with its first-ever closed-captioned Instagram Live workout Tuesday (June 26) at noon ET on the Women’s Health Instagram channel.

The workout will be led by trainer Anne Reuss, who is deaf and uses soundless cues and techniques while working with clients.

Reuss will also be profiled in a “Strength Transformation” feature in the magazine, sharing her journey to finding her place in fitness and how she encourages other women to get to the gym.

Women’s Health began hosting free Instagram Live workouts with the onset of the pandemic in March 2020, and it has tallied nearly 900 of them since.
