Starting Friday, Arab-Americans are being celebrated through the end of April, and TikTok is joining in by spotlighting Arab-identifying influencers in a live series.

The platform is bringing together influencers with 1 million or more followers like chefs Ahmad Alzhabi and Mariam and professional therapist Micheline Maalouf. Vogue and The New York Times-featured photographer Adeib El Masri is also being included.

Throughout this month, TikTok will host live programming with content revolving around mental health, food and lifestyle featuring the mentioned content creators.

“Through their creativity on TikTok, these changemakers are setting trends, while also proudly sharing and educating others on their culture,” the platform said in a statement.
