The characters pop into the stadium out of nowhere and terrorize the fans in the stands, the broadcasters in the booth and even Williams’ opponent—everyone, understandably, loses it—in the latest ad for DirectTV Stream.
But it’s a good-natured bit of Halloween-adjacent horror mixed with well-known tennis tropes like the line judge giving the deadpan reprimand, “Quiet, please,” to the shrieking audience.
