Twitter debuted its new Birdseye Report Wednesday, in which eight Twitter Official Partners each analyzed conversation on the social network related to a specific industry.

Lauren Jenkins, head of the Twitter Official Partner program, said in a blog post Wednesday, “Over the past year, businesses from across every industry have had to alter how they operate. Consumer needs and expectations have changed in many ways, and businesses need to continuously learn how to pivot their strategies to adapt to these changes.
