“Don’t make ads. Make TikToks.” Unless, that is, you’re remaking ads.
TikTok introduced Re:Make Thursday, in which it teamed up with select brands and creative agencies to “reframe, reimagine and remake” iconic ads as TikToks, with videos to be aggregated under #TikTokReMake and users encouraged to contribute their own takes.
The first three brands to take part in TikTok’s Re:Make program were Old Spice, Skittles and Snickers.
