Pinterest’s goal for Pinners this holiday shopping season is to “Gift Like You Get Them.”
The platform teamed up with creative agency Funworks on the campaign, which is aimed at informing people how they can use Pinterest features such as board and search to become better gifters.
Pinterest said the campaign introduces “bad gifter” personas and shows how a little thought—along with inspiration from its platform—can reverse that, adding that “great gifters” have a “cheat code,” which is looking at the boards posted by their family and friends, or typing their interests into search and clicking “Shop.”
